Hi! I know it's a mod for fun but the catchphrase made me bug. If real life old people grunt in pain, it's because there is pain. So not without reason, right?
I think it would have been better if the sentence would have been: "old people grumble for no reason", and that in game they actually grumble with discontent, it would have been more hearable. Here it suggests that the intention is to make fun of people who suffer from their elderly condition (that which can cause misunderstandings on the part of viewers.)

I'm old, and I grumble, cry out in pain randomly, complain about the cold and fart a lot. Because I'm old, I don't give a crap what anyone thinks about that including if they make fun of it (I often do myself, because humor is the best way to deal with the very real pain).
What I need least of all is the &^$#% feelings police to come to my defence, I have old man strength and I can take care of myself.

There's no intention to make fun of anyone here, if you infer that, then that's on you.
