Updated patch for the Dibellan Baths latest mod version (1.5.1), the patch is for the esp version though, since the ESL variant isn't supported anymore I decided to not patch it this time. That new patch can only work with that mod's version.

Updated patch for TGC Ivarstead latest mod version since the mod has been compacted to an ESL, that new patch is not compatible with all previous mod versions (and vice versa)
(Update) fixed a few things that went wrong during the conversion -
