Helper tool to search available alchemy recipes inspired by Skyrim SE Alchemy Calculator but made to be compatible with modded ingredients instead of hard-coding effects into app

Helper is separated into 2 parts:
- Skyrim mod to extract ingredient effects and available inventory
Installed mod as any other mod - Windows app to browse ingredients and recipes
Installed with installer into %appdata%\Local\Programs\alchemy-helper
Usage
- Cast Write down ingredient effects and Write ingredients in inventory spells to create data files
- Open helper app change logs location by browsing to data file location it should be in {Skyrim}\Data\skse\plugins\AlchemyHelper for example C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\skse\plugins\AlchemyHelper.
- click save
- Navigate to ingredients tab and import ingredients if list is still empty logs location might be incorrect
- Navigate to inventory tab and import it
- Now all available recipes should be visible in recipes tab
- Potion cost assumes level 100 alchemy with no bonuses on vanilla
