I've been hoping for such a patch for quite a while! Though I'm using the standalone version of Spaghetti's. But I'm happy for the many folks whom this will help out!
I'll get around to making a standalone patch at some point, this was for my personal list and I'm still in the process of patching A TON of other stuff, so it's lower on my priorities at the moment, but if someone doesn't beat me to it the standalone version will be up eventually. :)
I ended up swapping to JK's skyrim (reluctantly) since my modlist (heavy WIP) is using so many city overhauls that patching became a nightmare. I was originally using a mix of JKs, Dawn of Skyrim, Spaghetti's, and patching out certain cities and making compatibility patches when necessary, but it was just too much work for not enough payoff, so now I'm on base JK's Skyrim. Kind of a bummer, since I really liked Dawn of Skyrim's Riften, and I really don't like Jk's Windhelm with CWE, so maybe once my list is more or less finalized I'll revisit swapping in/out certain city overhauls, since it won't mean reinstalling (and thus re-patching) the various patchers for the aforementioned city overhauls lol

Though now it's also Capital Windhelm Expansion and Redbag's Solitude that remain un-patched.
