Hey I'm a huge fan of the mod and the design, but for some reason i can't get the gem for the SCORCHED version of the dragon bone weapons, i successfully downloaded all the requirements, regular dragonbone has it but not the scorched, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I know this is way late, but it’s because they chose red stone in Leanwolf’s Better Shaped Weapons.

seriously, i would kill to get this mod on xbox 1. those swords look almost exactly how i imagine a sword that i want to get custom-forged at some point.

I cant get it to work with leanwolf's weapons and I don't see any optional files for this (if there are any)

EDIT: sorry it turns out there is and the problem has been solved

Really weird issue. Love the skins, but when I make a scorched dragonbone sword, and go to enchant it, the enchantment damage is slightly less than on a normal dragonbone sword. The physical wep damage is higher, of course, but with every other factor the same, the elemental damage is lower.

You mentioned that you take requests. Could I make one? Specifically a dragonplate and bone armor shades to match the look of ebony, preferably all as light armor, and nonreplacer. nonreplacer is pretty important, and if you arent going to be able to do the switch to light from heavy, then just do the scale instead of the bone. But if you are truly amazing, then a darkened light armor nonreplacer version of dragonbone armor without the shoulder pads would be god-tier.

Hey, sorry but I only take requests for the weapons. That's what I meant by 'already retextured'. In the end I didn't have the time to retexture the armour, and so I can't do the quick swap like I can for the weapons. I can tell you though, that changing armour from heavy to light or the other way is just one checkbox in the Creation Kit. Also making a non-replacer is no extra effort at all at the time of creation.
I can't do a retexture for you, but I'll gladly create the new sets with stats to your specifications, if you maybe want to commission someone else to do the retexturing. You could go to a graphic designer too, since it's really just image editing. You can put them in contact with me if you decide to go through with it. Drop me a message on Nexus if you want to do anything because I don't get notifications from post replies
