Would you be so kind to share the _ResourcePack.ESL and its corresponding BSA please? Some another mod required that _ResourcePack.ESL but I do not want to to upgrade and downgrade my game again to take the risk fxck up my 2500+ load order...
Please be so kind as to share the _resourcepack.esl and _resourcepack.bsa files in a personal link! I have already broken my non-steam Skyrim build twice when I installed the Skyrim license from steam for different files in the past. Now I have played 4k+ hours in my save and I am afraid to break my Skyrim build if I download the steam license again T_T
Unfortunately no, it's a bit sussy however you put it, I don't want to get in trouble for sharing paid content online. Something I recommend is .zipping your current install folder, updating, grabbing the stuff you want and replacing the new install with the one from your zip. Personally I have different folders for different installs, change the names around and steam plays along well. Sharing unmodified BGS official files though only benefits piracy I'm afraid.
A question: one of the biggest issues I've had with the stuff in the resource pack (the only one, really) is that the large new trees weren't able to be selected in the render window after being placed. Is that issue resolved with these fixes, or is that purely a 'my CK' issue?
Hmm. Personally I tend to avoid using CK ever, as was with this project so I can't say I can reproduce the issue. But I played around with SSEedit and I came across the same problem there - the worldspace records were scrambled to hell and back in a way that I've not seen any other plugin do. Try to edit the Willow mod I've got linked in the description in Xedit and see for yourself. It's certainly interesting behavior, but to be honest I've been a bit out of the modding scene lately so maybe it's something that's already been addressed.
Anyway, I doubt my modifications have an effect on the CK side of things. For the big trees I just adjusted the backlighting values.
It's a slightly clumsy workaround but if you: 1) select the tree reference in the <cell view> box in the Creation Kit 2) zoom in on the tree in the render window (but not too far!) 3) middle click with your mouse in the render window to make it active 4) hold down <z> and left click and hold on the arrow that then appears by the reference you should be able to move the tree up and down. You can then release <z> but continue to hold down the left mouse button and you'll be able to move the tree right and left, backwards and forwards by manoeuvring the mouse.
