   A few of these are used.  Conjure Ancient procs on low health with Dragon Aspect, IIRC.  Conjure Priest procs on low health with Konhariik, and the tentacle stream looks like the effect of Miraak's Staff.

   Conjure dragon priest is used by the special dragon priest mask I believe, it's just a very low chance of triggering.

   NICE! They are pretty OP I think that's why they were unused.
   P.S. when you make other NPC's invisible the say something very unique
