In the vanilla game, Potema is built up as a very strong necromancer, and a group of necromancers that have bound multiple draugr to their will are struggling to subjugate her. People describe how all of Solitude would be finished if she rose up. 

Despite this, when Potema is finally fought in the game, she is absurdly weak, a levelled skeleton mage. Worse yet, her wisp form is shown firing a beam of energy around the room, and then her true body only fights using low level shock spells, usually sparks. 

What this Mod Does:

This mod overhauls Potema with a new custom ability, new spells, a new sword, and beneficial perks. She can now summon groups of draugr all at once, summon a dragon priest, and fire a beam of electric energy like her wisp form is described doing above. She also slowly recovers her health and has an electric aura which harms nearby targets and surrounds her in visible electricity. She is now genuinely one of the stronger mages you can fight in the game, and her famous ability to command an army of undead is at least somewhat represented.
