Amazing idea! Could you make a patch for EEK's Whiterun interior?

Whatever texture you have for the brew inside looks awesome! Kind of ecactly what I wanted this to be, but didn't have the skills to do. What texture is that? (So I can add an optional version on the mod page)

Thanks, I just took my sap mesh\texture from the clutter\ingredients folder and added it to your mesh. I have the bubbling effect and the lime green random pulsing effect. I also added a boiling liquid sound and increased the rate of animation to match Boiling Cauldron

Using one of Kanj's as a base or did you make that from scratch? Anyway, I think it makes for a perfect brewing potion, maybe just flatten the bumpy surface a bit. If you want to do so, and you aren't using any other author's assets, you have full permission from me to publish this as a mesh edit to my mod (Would be ideal if you can do this without adding a plugin). The only thing you'd need to do is change the file path for the mesh texture path in Nifscope so that a random vanilla soup doesn't get turned into green goop ;)

This is a neat idea. One suggestion is given this in an alchemy store, the cauldron should be boiling potions instead of stew.

That's what I wanted to do, but I don't know how to make new textures yet. I tried to make a green potion texture myself, but it just looked like goop. I also wanted it to function as an alchemy station...

Is this compatible with HS Whiterun - Arcadia's Cauldron?? I prefer this version instead of JK's

Edit: It is compatible, but the cauldron is not placed correctly. Is there any chance to get a patch for HS Whiterun - Arcadia's Cauldron?

Unfortunately, I will probably not be patching that mod, unless I make a lot of progress on other projects. I suspended the pot from the crossbeam above. So moving it would mean a small remodel of Arcadia's.

Feel free to take a stab at it, yourself! If you do, permissions are open to post your patche. (I would suggest duplicating a smaller support beam and move it and the pot into the position you need. I would not recommend moving the vanilla beam or HS Whiterun objects.)

Maybe, but it would be more realistic to add them to inns in Skyrim and allow the player to eat from them. Just like the perpetual stews of the middle ages.

      some inns would be cool.
Might fit well in specific witchy spots like Witchmist Grove, Darklight Tower, and Snapleg Cave as well.

I should try throwing a dragon scale into the cauldron.

might want to include a metal hook or some way for the npcs to grab the cauldron maybe? It's a good idea but I don't know how they get to it without a tool or ladle or something. as a bonus they could use it for smacking thieves over the head ;)
