   So i might be wrong but it looks like it's missing the ArmorDustAdeptOutfit.esp, I created it for me but you might want to double check the upload.

      Shouldn't need it as an outfit entry should already exist in the armor mod itself.

      It's all good. Not the 1st time someone has brought something up as to why an .esp file wasn't included. 
      
      It's only ever needed for armor spid mods if an outfit entry doesn't already exist inside the original mod

   is there any way you can add skill requirements or class requirements to make each of these just slightly more rare?

      You can add those in the dstr file if you want those.
