The unofficial patches I think only fixed two things for the arcane accesories CC, the mara wrath spell and the spellbook leveled list. This mod are made to fix a much in depth mechanic that come within the cc Arc. Acc. a look using xedit will be needed to see the conflict between these two mods.
I noticed the incompatibility as well. This mod changes some quest stuff while the unofficial patch is more for bug fixes. The major changes are the Lost Library quest no longer starting automatically and the robes no longer being added to your inventory immediately. According to the Arcane Accessories page on the UESP wiki, neither of these happen anymore if you have the latest update of the creation released for the anniversary update. For that reason, I am personally choosing to remove this mod and use the unofficial patch instead.
Hi there, I couldn't help but notice that this patch was not marked esl. This would defeat the whole point of the creation club being light plugins. Is there any specific reason? It only has 75 records from what I can see, so it isn't that. Maybe this was made before that was a thing, but I think light plugins were around mid 2018.
I updated this mod a while ago but now Mod Organizer says that the plugin is missing the master mod. Is the plugin updated as well? If so, will I need to drop it into the load order manually
Hey there, would it be possible to change the visual of the leech life spells (strangulation...) to match the visual of the vampiric drain ? Would be nice for a blood magic build !
is there any way to make this work with "companions insight" from the black book in apocrypha? It doesn't stop the elemental spells from blasting everything and everyone
Thank you for this. Immersion is everything in my playthroughs and this has bugged me for awhile. I also loved that you took away the unbounded spells from the chest and added them to the destruction ritual quest because unbound storms is honestly better than lightning storm.
i found tolfdir's room (the first one on the left from the ground entrance, i believe), but there's no note anywhere in it. is this incompatible with immersive college of winterhold? =/
edit: nevermind! thought it was on the second floor, since that's where all the instructors hang out. i had assumed the first floor was for the students. i did find the note, it was just clipping through the front of one of the nightstands. =)
Hi, it's not mentioned in the description of your mod, but I thought I'd check anyway: does this fix the many issues with spells added by Arcane Accessories? I can see in the changelog that it fixes the fire damage not actually being fire damage (though only for Elemental Bolt, and not Elemental Blast et al?), but there are considerably more problems with these spells.
IIRC, their descriptions are wrong, the listed damage is wrong, and the way they benefit from perks is also broken. For instance, rather than doing shock damage, the elemental spells instead have a shock enchantment effect, and which is nowhere near what the stated damage in the spell description. The damage in their descriptions only applies to their magic damage and stamina damage, and the latter is even though the spells don't do frost damage. The fire proc also applies to the whole AoE, whereas the frost proc is only to the direct target.
Basically, the spells are incredibly buggy and badly coded, and if you have the time to fix them, then that would be fantastic.

I was hoping this to be fixed by your mod.
