ESMs only load temporary references when you enter their cell - esps load them at game start irrespective of where your PC is - with a cap of around 800,000 references it isn't hard to reach (I have one very large house mod that has over 40,000 - so I ESM flagged it)
Of course, there are plugins flagged as ESM+ESL. But you can't flag it that way if you add a new cell in the plugin. Or, to be precise, you can do it, but it won't be possible to make any patches for the new interior.
Nice mod! Only problem i have is that i cant talk to maven. She is jarl, and i did all her quests and became thane of Riften. She has only a generic dialogue like: the trhoune suits me dont you think?
So I assume based on your game progress u added this mod mid-game. That may be an issue. I have a way for u to get the player home via console commands, but help me troubleshoot a bit if you will first plz.

Ya those are right. Since u installed mid game its just not recognizing that you're completed those quests. U could probably reset and recomplete the quests to get to the actual dialog, but I wouldn't recommend it. If u want the lodge without kids room do console "setstage XX09E281 20". If u want the kids room do "setstage XX09E281 30" (XX being the # of this mod in your load order...may need to console "help GM_BBLPHQuest01" to get the correct form ID of the quest)
Its okay, probably, mid game problem and maybe other mods that may conflict. I disabled the guards manualy, and did the console comands you told me. Its a great mod, thanks for the help!
Great remodeling as always, I have a question, the fire from the candles gives light and flickers, sort of goes out and then flares up again, what is this done for?, not to be rude but in my personal opinion it looks just awful, is it possible to get a version without all this?
OK, I definitely see it now. No idea why it's doing it?? I tried resetting all cell lighting back to vanilla values and it still does it. Maybe there's too much going on in the cell and it's overloaded? I'll keep working on it.
Edit. OK, did a lot of testing and turns out fxdrips01tall.nif is the issue (in this case). I hide those and candles work fine again. If I use ENB with RW2 or Particle Light for ENB, then this flickering stops as well. Not sure what to do to fix this in vanilla, non-enb game, but I'll figure it out for next rev.
That said, with so many mods using the esl flag, and so many more that can be eslified by mod/xedit, it’s pretty tough to hit that esp limit these days…even in a 2k+ mod load.
I have 3,000 mods and I'm pretty close. Also its strange to me why the lodge is a player home when it belongs to the most stingy and rotten family in Skyrim who wouldn't even rent it to anyone. Immersion shattered.
Well, it doesn’t become a player home until u buy it…Black Briars also like $$. And in vanilla none of the family ever even uses it. But as always you can choose to use it or not.
It's pretty hard not to hit the ESP limit when you have a loaded list with 3,000+ mods, that being said I think it's an unreasonable request to ask an experienced modder to make it an ESL when he's done this 100+ times... if he could have, he would have.
