This patch still has function on eye adaption. And stealth relative lighting level on illumination radius not fades away at too close range. Though stealth relative lighting level is not obviously visible after ENB post-processing.
Light limit fix is based on community shader which conflicts with ENB. When you use this patch with ENB. Don't install doodlum's Light Limt fix and community shader.
