Vagrant: Disabled "Prevent removal of fully zapped shapes in Bodyslide" on all Vagrant 1f/m BodySlides. This should fix any CTD issues when zapping their pouches (and scrolls for the female BodySldies), building, and attempting to equip them or encountering a NPC with these robes equipped.

Updated to MCE 2.0. All added variants have pre-enchanted equivalents included where appropriate.
3BA refits for Vagrant variants will be using MCE's native CBBE refits until Imperial2000 updates the 3BA uniboob mod for 2.0. BHUNP patch is not being touched until Saliren updates the BHUNP refits.
MCE - Vanilla: Added another variant for Apprentice/Onmund's robes. I didn't like the coloration mismatch with Brelyna's robes with the other two vanilla palettes, so that has no variants here.
Added variants for Apprentice and Brelyna's robes in MCE - Vagrant and MCE - ACE.
CoW Outfits: Added outfits for Septimus and the Labyrinthian ghosts.
CoW Outfits: Changed default body outfits for Brelyna, Colette, Nelacar, Nirya, Onmund, and Sergius. Refer to my documentation article for more details on any outfit changes.
Split the texture downscales off to separate downloads for the sake of archive filesize.
