Honestly this is the one of the best looking NPC Overhaul mod. It really captures the look I envision vampires that have lost there Humanity in VTM. You should absolutely do this with the Volkihar vampires, except Serana because I wouldn't say she has lost most of her humanity.
That's actually a really cool idea, although you could probably lump Valerica in with Serana and I honestly feel like Harkon is more terrifying looking fairly human, but I feel like the rest would really fit this vibe. Feels like Blade or Underworld.
