Imagine if NPCs instead of random speed, had a certain speed. And in a note in all towns, showthe race records from top 10 or top 20. So player could challenge the NPCs from the bottom and become skyrim horse champion with a title fastest knight of all. That would be a large side quest.
If I'm being Honest, I believe that the reason you got so few downloads on this is because of the second line of the description being "If the NPC is female, you win an animated scene, if SL/FG/Ostim is installed. If you lose, you have to lick her feet."
If you made the default outcome being getting 1000 gold from all adults, and making the scene an optional patch, it would probably get more downloads.
If it makes you feel better, nearly every other modding scene's vanishing as well. Fewer threads about modding, fewer people talking about Skyrim positively. From what I can tell, the player-side scene's dying. Starfield really did a number on everything.

Got an idea for you and a request. I use both Sexlab and OStim in my game, but since this mod defaults to Sexlab, would you be okay with making a patch so that it defaults to OStim instead? As for the idea, maybe you could have Dinya Balu offer services as a hands on sex teacher to help improve your love life with others, with dialogue alluding to and leading to tantric sex, kama sutra, foreplay, etc.
I'm currently reinstalling Skyrim to try out other mods.
I didn't find the idea of a horse race so exciting at first. You challenge someone without a horse and suddenly the person has a horse? Well...
Then I thought that the idea of galloping to the next destination with my companion was quite exciting and downloaded the mod. Although it could also be quite entertaining to challenge another companion (ride sharing).
