Thanks, everyone, for all the support and feedback.
Version 1.4 is released.
Notes:
As of version 1.3+, Rupert is a little more script-heavy than the typical follower mod. I don't anticipate this should be a problem, but if your system cannot maintain at least 25 FPS then I recommend setting his Scan Frequency to 0 in the MCM. This will disable some of his features such as his ability to jump over obstacles.
does anyone know if he works in VR?? I really want to download this adorable lil guy, but I'm concerned about getting all attached to him and then realizing there's some game-breaking... ...thing, with him, that won't allow me to keep him.
One of my old favorite custom followers. Just super cute and charming. And he comes with a personal base, which is really convenient and flavorful for him. Unfortunately he's been reliably causing freezes with his mage costume whenever he says "Zap! Zap!" (and he sometimes puts on the mage outfit without me telling him to), so I've had to shelve him, so to speak. Real shame.

Could we get a Rupert mod for Fallout 4?
