How to make your own crests in Photoshop
You can also do this in GIMP or a similar image editing program.
1. If you don't already have it, install the Intel Texture Works Plugin for Photoshop.
2. Open the Crest.psd file.
3. Find the image you want to use for the crest on the internet.
4. Drag and drop the image into the Photoshop window.
5. Remove the background using the Magic Wand Tool, Quick Selection Tool, Lasso, or any other tool you prefer.
6. Compare your image to all the other crests in the project. It should be roughly the same size, otherwise it won't look right. You can resize it by pressing Ctrl+T.
