in my game only appears a ship running aground and a mountain with lack of texture can not get the jewel on the boat, when I get out of the boat and it goes along with the lackeys from inside the mountain, no throne or anything, what did I do wrong?
Another mod is conflicting with this one. Run xedit and apply conflict filter for all mods. search this mod in "filter by mod" and look at the worldspace category to find the mods that conflict with this area. You'll have to choose which one you want unless it's a popular mod and others want a patch.
i cant find her too idk what to do, i used help command like u said and it says this image dont know if she even loaded into my map or not , wish there was amarker on the map so i could find her easily , had to use my vampire lord flying ability to search the whole map for her but couldt find

Try using NPC Lookup A few others have commented not being able to find her and I think it's due to a hidden requirement. I have not been able to find which mod it is but I suspect it has to be popular due to more people having success vs failure. I'm still trying to find the fix.

if nothing appears in console then the esp is not being loaded into the game
