I created a navmesh patch for Saviik's Solitude Overhaul & JK's Skyrim. It should resolve NPC's getting stuck, but the navmesh isn't perfect everywhere yet. NPC's still sometimes walk into the odd object (nothing game breaking), I intend to fix these, and touch up a few things.
Please test it and let me know where problems arise, I'll fix it. It's an edited version of marijn191's patch so it can replace or be put below theirs for now.
This fixes navmeshes bug, but I really don't want to use it with JK's Skyrim, and without JK, I'm having navmeshes issue. If you can release a fixed version for just the standalone mod, it would be great.
+1, please I'm begging you xD I also have navmesh issues with this mod installed. At the moment, nothing else is touching Solitude, I even removed Dawn of Skyrim in the hope of getting rid of the NPC bunching up problem, but it didn't make any difference. Please can you update a fixed version that doesn't require JK's Skyrim?
What is going on with this patch? It provides an assertion failure in dyndolod. I guess it's outdated or something as all of the navmeshes are turning up yellow in xedit. I don't mean anything against you! It just may not be up to date?
Just a quick question > I'm trying to make a patch for my game between Saviik's, Better & Redbag Solitude and I'm running into the problem of invisible facades on a few buildings or where buildings were > two that I moved to fit others but MOSTLY the entrance to Redbag's area over by Vitoria's house. There is one that gives it the sense that there's a large building there but is invisible in Creation Kit > I've done everything I can think of to unhide these items. Could you please let me know how you hid them so that I could change them? It isn't for a patch I'm releasing, it's literally for my own household's games. XD
Have you gotten un-tired of Solitude yet? This mod has the potential to become one of the truly best iterations of Solitude if it is completed and updated. I'd love to use this mod, so I am hoping you will continue your work on it or collaborate with someone(s) willing to pick up where you left off.
What you have in your hands here is the possible best Solitude overhaul on Nexusmods, but right now it just needs a bit more work to make it more bug free and compatible with other stuff. I think I only read things I 100% agreed with in this posts section, so I really hope the mod author can find the motivation and commitment (and maybe community support) to fully develop this mod! It would be an instant integral part of my load order!
Hello could you make a patch or small change for Blue Palace Terrace mod?
Mostly compatible but on the right side of Blue Palace (south side), there are some doors that are not connected in the hallway due to there being some tower blocking the entrance. So the tower from Saviik's Solitude blocks the Blue Palace Terrace hallway. Those hallways have pillars and are sort on encased in stone. Like near in Markarth Dibella Temple
It is a small area but otherwise there are no conflicts or problems, moving them a few meters would be enoughh.

i am that type of person where decorative buildings are a turn off for me.
