for some reason it broke the conversation tab, everything looks bigger now, im using Edge UI also it broke the tab when you remove some mods and then try to load an older save that had that mod before but bcs you removed it you get a warning, that window is also looking bigger
+1 Same and I don't know why. Been trying to figure it out for a few days now. Anyone got a fix for this? Probably going to just have to wait until the author of EDGE UI to update and fix the issue.
For those using DBVO, you can use the Untarnished UI Patch from DBVO's patches in the optional files, works with Edge UI instead of the patch from EdgeUI fomod which doesn't work (at least for me)
I'm running 1.6.1170 and I'm getting this in the level-up menu. I'm also using Untarnished UI.
EDIT: It wasn't this mod. Anyone else having this issue, if you've got 'Remove All Caps for Untarnished UI' installed, uninstalling it fixed the issue for me.
@sam87nit Kudos to you for finding the reason and the fix. Thank you
@SkyHorizon. Would you please add this issue to your description page or as a sticky? I hope that a future update will fix this as reading ALL CAPS is difficult for people with dyslexia and Remove All Caps from Untarnished UI is a great mod that helps a lot. I left a comment for abbysky and hope they see it too.
Sorry for bothering anyone, but when I have this mod enabled everything works perfect but the inventory menu. The menu is completely blown way to big, everything else is fine beside the inventory menu, the magic menu is fine as well. I was wondering if anyone would know the cause for this? Or if there is a fix or alternative?
You're most likely using a mod that patched the inventory for the widescreen scale (an "unsquishing fix" mentioned in this mod's description), and since this mod removes it, that mod now makes the inventory over-scaled.
Could it possibly be something else? I removed all my mods that would effect the inventory for widescreen or at least I believe, and the inventory menu is still over scaled, all the other menu's are all fine. I am using Edge UI and playing on a 32-9 monitor, I don't know if that would help with anything or if that could pin point a problem. I would appreciate if there is any more help you could or anyone else could give, if not no big deal.
If using MO2 check the Data tab for what mod is ultimately loading your interface/inventorymenu.swf file. A lot of Skyrim files are parasitic, things you may not think touch one thing end up touching a lot of things, don't just go off basic keyword searches.
Hi. I've run into a bit of a snag. If I try to run the game with this mod enabled, I keep getting the following error message:
SKSE Plugin Loader (2.2.6) --------------------------- A DLL plugin has failed to load correctly. If a new version of Skyrim was just released, the plugin needs to be updated. Please check the mod's webpage for updates.
WidescreenScaleRemoved.dll: disabled, address library needs to be updated
Continuing to load may result in lost save data or other undesired behavior. Exit game? (yes highly suggested) --------------------------- Yes No ---------------------------
When I check the Address Library on nexus (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32444?tab=files), there doesn't seem to be a more recent file than I already have.
If I launch the game anyway, I still have squish with New Horizons UI.
Apparently I still had an older version of Address Lib lying around in my mods folder in addition to the current one and loaded the old one into MO2 by mistake. It works now.
Hey, this mod only undoes the internal scaling changes that Bethesda made with 1.6.1130+. This fixes as said some problems with DDDM based mods, also on 16:9, etc. But it still requires swf files from UI mods that work for your screen format, so on 21:9 for example Complete Widescreen Fix. :)

Same here i've tried all that i can think of too fix it, it just sucks that i have to pick between messed up dialogue or unusable main menu.
1 - Join EDGE UI discord
2 - Go to the support tab and search for stretched
3 - Should be a couple of solutions.

Thanks!
Worked for me fixing squished menus on
SkyUI AIO Survival (SAS)
Convenient Dialogue UI
I recommended this fix in the post section of those mods.
