A complete interior overhaul of the Falkreath Jarl's Longhouse.

I always thought the generic empty interiors of the jarl's longhouses in the minor hold were nothing special, so I decided to overhaul them starting with the Falkreath longhouse. I added a ton more items and replaced any farm furniture with upper or noble furniture. I renamed the generic jarl's longhouse name with Skjoralmor Hall. The name is based on the founder of Falkreath in ESO Bjarfrud Skjoralmor. I restored some stranged stuff with Helvard the jarl's housecarl, he was intentionally to be unkillable before the Dark Brotherhood Contract quest to kill him. Helvard was also never to be exiled during the Civil War questline since nobody replaces him if the Stormcloaks take over and he has the Stormcloaks government factions unlike other housecarls. Also if Helvard is killed he will have a new housecarl replacing named Anika Grey-Blood she is a little bit stronger than Helvard and unkillable. If you wish to just have the new housecarl and restored Helvard I made it an optional file.
