   I'm not sure how to trigger this.
   I installed this and started a new game, I went to Ustengrav twice and I can't find the dragon anywhere.

      Days later i accidentally stumbled on him, in front of Dead Man's Respite.. thats not whats supposed to happen or?
      
      Well, at least i got to start the quest now, hope it goes smoothly from now on :)

      The mod always starts from Dead Man’s Respite, the Ustengrav trigger is just how he’s enabled

      Ah, ok thats good to know, i had thought it might be because i have a mod that delays dragon spawns until you go to  Kynesgrove with Delphine.

   Started a new game with this installed, but nothing ever happened?
   
   Only other dragon mods i got installed it Talkative Dragons and Paarthunax Quest Expansion
   
   tbh i kinda forgot i had this installed and im at the stage were i decide parthuunax fate already.. what the quest and stage to start this?

   really hope the rest of the dragons from that mod get tune ups and rereleases because they absolutely deserve it, i adore these friendly dragons and updated versions of them befitting the year of 2025 would be amazing XD

       The quest from the original mod was named Know Your Enemy. I had to change it to Behind and Beyond due to the very popular mod with the same name
