It's not possible to perfectly adjust the third person aim for all users once the projectile speed has been changed. That's because it depends on which animations you have installed, the speed of the bow and the distance to your target. You can try opening Archery Tweaks.ini with notepad and adjusting the f3PArrowTiltUpAngle setting. Increasing the value tilts your aim upwards, so you can try adjusting your aim further up or down to suit your needs. There is no setting for left and right, which only depends on the animation you're using.

    Awesome work :)
I have a strange behaviour with bows: first - the aim dot in positioned in the lower part of the screen. It doesn't appear that often in the wrong position, and it doesn't relate to other specific conditions (for example while sneaking). I use SkyUI and Untarnished UI. Anyway it won't change the firing direction (that means that the arrow will be fired at the center of the screen). Second: sometimes arrow are going down like attracted by a gravity well, you'll see them going slowly against the floor but actually they will apply damage against the target like you aimed correctly and the arrow took the right trajectory. My Archery Tweaks folder contains the .ini file and I copied the added commands inside skyrim.ini from MO2 as well. This strange behaviour is not always present, but I can't replicate the conditions in order to trigger these bugs. P.S. I don't have any other archery mods, the only one I added is crossbow integration which has lower priority over Archery Tweaks.

Currently started a Requiem playthrough, and I just installed this mod (without the perk changes, of course) to fix the fact that arrows with Requiem installed drop like they are experiencing jupiter gravity. It seems to work well, although I haven't tested it much. Do you think it will cause any problems with a mod like Requiem?

Also, is there an ini tweak I can use to tweak the falling rate or arrow speed, or to turn back on NPC "Neo" dodging?

I too would love to be able to tweak the strength of arrows. They fly so straight, for so long, it feels like a rifle! A bit of drop would be fun. Maybe the arrowTiltUpAngle? I'll play around with it, but I wish I knew what this does exactly.

I can't make such a menu, but I do have a WIP version of Archery Tweaks with heavier gravity. Unfortunately none of the patches will be compatible with it, so I haven't been too excited about it.

@Sengvarius @freemanendelay you know you can just open this up in sseedit and tweak the gravity and speed of the arrows yourself to whatever you like...

Great mod! I recently upgraded from Oldrim to Special Edition. The Steam version apparently comes with Rare Curios and Saints & Seducers, but not Arcane Archer Pack and Necromancer Grimorie (I don't know, the 1 billion Skyrim versions confuse me ^^). Since I couldn't find a Saints & Seducers patch in the file section or in your hub (maybe I'm blind?), I downloaded the AE complete version and deleted the entries for Arcane Archer Pack and Necromancer Grimorie. I'm a total n00b when it comes to modding, but it seems to work. Just a heads up in case you want to put in a patch for the people who are in the same boat as me :D

Saints & Seducers is a free DLC, so it's no problem. I don't have the time to create a patch right now, but I might have time later today. The patch will fix the arrows from the DLC in case anyone wants to use them.

How safe is it to add this mod to an on-going game? I don't want to break anything, but I'd sure like my archery to not feel like a sluggish chore.

A much needed mod. But it doesn't work with "True Directional Movement". Nothing has changed for me.

That simply can't be right. True Directional Movement doesn't conflict with this mod in any way. You do get increased projectile speed and the other things listed from this mod. Perhaps you already had a different mod which increased projectile speed, but the other changes from AT still take effect.

Hello love the speed and trajectory of the arrows. I also use scoped bows and glowing arrows everything is superb just one thing though my arrows still don't always fly where I aim, say if my follower is on one knee and I try to shoot above them at a enemy  the arrow still spawns in the follower and not the target its as if the game engine over rules the aim point and spawns the arrow were it wants, this has nothing to do with your mod it has always happened, tried every archery mod to get this fixed but still the same. Thanks for a great mod. PS added all the magnetism settings to my ini.
