Replaces the workaround for OBody on 1.5.97 and 1.6.1170 from 1.1 with a better workaround which should still prevent rare crashes related to the morph cache.

Adds support for fixing unofficial GOG 1179 skee64 3.4.5.0 version morphs. Please let me know if it doesn't work with a 1179 version and which version of skee64.dll you have. This version should still work on the latest 1170, 640, and 1.5.97 versions.

Also includes a SKSE co-save workaround for crashing on save for 1.6.1170 (This is disabled by default because it could cause SKSE co-save to become large)
