About this mod
This is a simple JSON config file that adds Migal130's Luxury Suite player home as a starting option for Skyrim Unbound Reborn. I created this for my personal play-through then decided to share in case there is anyone out there using both BBLS and Skyrim Unbound. If chosen the player will spawn in the Luxury Residence located next to the suite.

See the requirements section above to make sure you have the required mods otherwise this file will do nothing.
If you do not have BBLS installed the "Luxury Suite Residence" option will NOT show up in the player home list, and if you don't have Skyrim Unbound Reborn installed....this mod will just take up hard drive space.😜
Usage
Install with the mod manager of your choice. Once in game, in the Skyrim Unbound MCM, the option location is listed below and also displayed in the screenshot. If chosen the player will spawn in the Luxury Residence located next to the suite at the start of a new game.
Starting Location -> Location -> Player Home -> Luxury Suite Residence
