-Speak to any male Khajit, buy the cigarbox and cigars.
-Talk to any male NPC while having the cigarbox in your inventory and offer a cigar.
-If they are smoking a cigar, talk to them and tell them smoking is bad, and their cigar will disappear.
-You can offer cigars to ladies, but they will decline.
