It seems to have been a deliberate choice, but I really think this should change Runic Mend from Conjuration to Restoration. Aside from it being very out of place in Conjuration, it also prevents the spell from benefiting from any Restoration perks. And Conjuration doesn't even have any perks that would benefit it.
From what I can tell, the spells normally benefit from the Destruction perks that affect all Destruction spells, but are missing keywords that let them be buffed by poison-related perks that both Vokrii and Adamant add to the Restoration tree. One could add the keywords to the spells and leave them as Destruction, but it'd be a bit odd because the spells would be buffed the general Destruction Perks, but the perks to further increase their poison damage would be in the Restoration tree.
At the very least, the spells should benefit from the general Restoration perks that affect all Restoration Spells. I don't think Ordinator, by default, has any poison spell-related perks.
