It was bc it includes loads of unauthorized included mods from authors and games who hold tight restrictions about their use and more importantly, dissemination without permissions granted. Basically, copyright violations galore.
Lot of people in the Far East do not subscribe to the notion, and ip theft is rampant there being considered the cost of doing business. 3dm, 9dm, CafeNaver, ArcaLive, and the rest are bastions of this behavior. Western modders aren't much better with the mine, Mine, MINE!!! emphasis that holds quite a lot back. Answer is prob somewhere in the middle in relaxing both attitudes in a way that doesn't stifle innovation, and allows for building upon & improving past works. Not an idea that floats well here I'm afraid.
Watev's tho, everyone would rather be extremely polarized instead of seeking real solutions that benefit all.

Either way, even a fixed plugin doesn't resolve the massive amount of issues the base mod has. Among them,
Wrong equip slot assignments abound which is why a lot of them have broken collision proxies that don't work, most are assigned slot 32 which the body (also slot 32) itself overrides bc priority over. Override means one it rendered, the other disregarded & discarded by the engine. You cannot assign the same slot to different meshes, & this is very, very basic knowledge, and this must be corrected in the plugin and the mesh to work or the engine will not load it.
Some do not have a body collision proxy at all, despite the .xml's pointing to one. Other reason collisions don't work on some.
Collision proxies themselves are extraordinarily stupidly done w_ proxies being the same poly count as the bodies making the collision calc volume just as intensive as not employing proxies at all. Except worse, bc doubling the rendered tri's dragging your gpu performance.Totally defeats the purpose of proxies at all, & compounds the problems at the same time.
Poor smp config .xml's and weight painting. Many lifted from other mods.
Many badly conformed to head meshes inducing much clipping, and the "fixed" files do little to resolve this.
Specular maps are off in values (gamma too high) on many for this engine. Why they look bright & shiny in game.
What this all means? The person(s) behind this had no clue what they were doing and should've left the job to those who do (not many can properly repair this all either). And I say this after having corrected many of, which I cannot share unfortunately due to the copyright issues. Sorry.
No, Headpart Whitelist breaks this mod. Therefore a patch for Headpart Whitelist is included inside this mod's main file. No need to download a separate file for a patch.
Just a heads up, I got this problem with the hair stretching through the ground and it was because i forgot to batch build all the hair in bodyslide. Now they all work :)
your mod is amazing but why is my fps went from 54 to 23 just by loading my save ? i mean dose your plugin affect preformance or what ? im so lost here
unrelated but i believe you would make some of the prettiest custom followers. maybe you can post some presets so peeps can use them with the lazy follower mod if you are down, if not eh its not the end of the world, good day tho!!!

i already have FSMP and other working smp hair. Only this mod make it that they fall through the floor.
