Altered conditions on the base dialogue option for the "about sitting and sleeping" so it will display for other followers again, except for Sa'chil

Fixed an issue that resided from the "Sit For Me Now" mod when using the dialogue option "Sit when I am sitting". Sa'chil should now not use crafting or other idle areas when you are, only when you sit down by utilising a formlist of usable chairs in the base game
