try clearing your shadercache folder, make sure you have all the requirements, and rerun PG without ticking the "use mo2 load order" and sort the conflicts with the patcher.
Man i dont like having to use the ds3. It took me a full day to get simplicity of snow properly working with nordic snow+its parallax textures+blended roads+tomato textures parallax. LOL Ill save this for a pbr setup next playthrough LO in case anyone wants to:
Nordic snow Nordic snow parallax blended roads (no parallax meshes, need PG patcher) nordic snow blended road fix simplicity of snow (no parallax meshes, need PG patcher) tomato blended road textures (no parallax meshes, need PG patcher) tomato matching dirt tomato bridge parallax simplicity of snow blended road patch

I cannot for the life of me get the snow to match at all. Terrain and objects are always a darker gray color compared to the white of better snow. I have reinstalled and combed through comments on nexus and discord, nothing fixes the issue. The projected textures are not being overwritten by anything. At this point I'm out of ideas.
make sure the projecteddiffuse and projectednormals arent overwritten by another mod. also if you're using nexus CS, dont worry because the latest test version already fixed that.
Skyland PBR is not being overwritten by anything for projecteddiffuse and projectednormals. The mismatch of snow textures also persists in the newer CS test versions. Should your snow texture be bright white like better dynamic snow? Only thing I can think of is some ESP possibly conflicting.
Update: Found an ESP that was overwriting color values of a material which has helped a little. The main snow texture on the ground however is still the darker gray texture.
I think I found the fix. On a whim I redownloaded the textures and installed from there. Now the snow on the ground is white and it all mostly matches.
Hi! Thanks for this awsome textures. I love how they blend and shine, everything looks now very smooth. Maybe you can help me with a snow problem? I can't get snowy rocks/mountains and snowy ground/landscape to blend together, even using BDS3. I've tried what some comments say, but nothing. The snow on rocks's still very white. Thanks in advance.
Ok, I somehow managed to fix it. Before launching parallaxgen and installing the output, set improvedsnow to TRUE in the SkyrimPrefs.ini or in the default Bethesda launche (if you swapped from ENB to CS, for sure you have that setting set to false, cause most of the ENBs tell you to do it). Then, run the parallaxgen and install the output; improvedsnow will be set to false again (in case you think something is wrong, it's not), but the snow shaders will match ingame.

Running full Skyland collection, Riverwood, lightly modded. Enabling PBR + Parallaxgen costs 30% FPS.
Understand a lot of that is also from enabling parallax as part of the process, but still surptised. CS 1.21 in VR.
