I think you're the second person that tells me one of my presets looks like their ex, I'm starting to get scared XD (well at least I suppose it means they look realistic lol)
EDIT: well I just realized that your username is one letter from Zackar, the name of a character in my book, and he also has a love interest that looks pretty much like this replacer, so now I am the one who's freaked out LMAO
Are you sure you installed the correct version? There is one for the ESP and one for the ESL version of the baths, which one do you have? Also did you install the required MAW assets? (doesn't seem so from your download history)
Yes, my MAW assets are up to date, I have the latest version of Skypatcher and I am using the esp version
EDIT: For those of you who are experiencing this issue, Urbon's The Dibellan Baths - Tweaks mod is what caused me to have this issue in general. I don't actually overlook these, but I was sleep deprived when I wrote it, AllieWadeMods sorry to bother you.
Unless you have another replacer conflicting (which shouldn't be the case with Skypatcher), if you have all the required files: - Dibellan Baths 1.5.1 (ESP) - Maw Assets 1.1 - My replacer main file (pretty much in this order) - I don't know what could be the issue :/ If you try to look for Anthea via console (the one named Anthea of Dibella) and then do a player.placeatme does her face is OK or still bugged? I'm trying to understand if the issue is on my end or your end (obviously she works on my game but I'll double check if I missed something in the mod package anyway).
EDIT: just saw your edit LOL - ok glad to know we found the culprit then (I'm also falling asleep right now) XD
Unfortunately I cannot offer support for the ESL version since it doesn't currently work for me, but if she has a different ID in there, you can adjust the .ini file (instead of Dibellan Baths.esp|0001A255 you have to change the numbers to whatever her ID is in the ESL version).
Plus the Nexus has been acting out all day so I can't even look up the files to check her ID, I could make another .ini for the ESL version if needed but I cannot test it since it crashes my game.

EDIT: it works! :D
you can now get the ini from the optional files
