   This doesn't add it to every other NPC? It's only for player?

      Only the player.
      
      It is possible to apply it to other NPCs by editing the NPC in Creation Kit.

   Though a nit-pick: would look more "convincing" so to say having the 2 Front and Canine´s bigger, in regular (and in the reference) the Canine´s stay largest.
