Ill start by saying I am not a great modder. I only make tweaks to other mods to suit my likings. This is the biggest adjustment I have made and I thought I would share it after discussion with the previous author. I only posted this to add very simple physics addition to the already beautiful mod by s666 and luquitacx. I used outfit studio only to add bones in the right places, no adjustments were made as far as weight goes. I am very aware of the weird shadows on some butts as well as some animations are a little more or a little less than they should be. I am slowly trying to get better at modding, I never really planned on making my own or ever posting one but here it is.
Testing for me goes as far as I have it in my current runs and have only some aesthetic issues (also some decapitation issues stated previously, nothing harmful, just ugly animation. See the main post). I am not entirely sure how to approach the weird shadows but I am slowly learning. My main thing when posting this was it's a quick and easy physics addition to most NPCs in the game because this mod covers most vanilla armor. If anyone with more knowledge would like to go further with cleaning up animations or shadows, please take the ball and run, otherwise this mod will slowly grow with my modding skills.
Thank you for your comments and concerns, I will look into them as I can. For now I hope you enjoy a little more physics in your Skyrim!
Hello! I hope someone can help... This mod works great and everything, however when my character is naked it has different physics. how can I get my naked physics to be the same as with the armour? EDIT: I figured it out myself :)
this and the original mod are great but they can both really use an update. Regardless of that i've been using this ever since it came out and i'm really thankful for the enhanced experience i have had over the years
This isn't your fault, but I cannot bare that parts of various armours are completely transparent (like under the pauldrons, or certain gaps in the chestplate) and it's just making it annoying to play.
here is a minor request: maybe it's just me being stupid but can somebody please provide more comprehensive installation instructions, that do not tell me to do things i do not know how to do?
or at least provide a link to a tutorial on how to "build all the meshes" in body slide because i have spent an hour or so trying to find out how to do just that, when i google search "how to build all the meshes in bodyslide" it just leads me back to this mod page.
It is remarkably easy. I'm expecting that you use MO2. Obviously download CBBE and Bodyslide and this mod and enable them. Go to the data tab in MO2, open Calientetools, Bodyslide and left-click on Bodyslidex64 add as executable. Now you can open Bodyslide with MO2 then select groups that you want to build meshes for and do batch build, select which ones you prefer then build. Close Bodyslide after it's done then check your overwrite folder, the meshes should be there. Make an empty mod and place the meshes there and enable the mod and you're done.
I have some weird issue when installing this mod: pretty much every female character has a slight gap at the neck, like the head is floating a bit. Any idea how to solve this?
