Expert Tier) [b]Chain Reaction[/b] - Charged surge chain of highly chaotic lightning that leaps multiple bounds. Targets take [b]40[/b] points of shock damage per second to Health and half that to Magicka. [b]30 ft[/b] chain radius. [b]12%[/b] DoT for [b]4[/b] seconds.

Master Tier) [b]Chain Voltage[/b] - Sustained channel of powerful chaotic lightning that leaps multiple bounds. Targets take [b]75[/b] points of shock damage per second to Health and half that to Magicka. [b]25 ft[/b] chain radius. [b]12%[/b] DoT for [b]4[/b] seconds.
