Every potion is working except for the healing potions. Cure potions are working too, just not healing potions.

Not sure; I don't use CACO.
I don't place any limitations on what people can do with the ESP file, so if CACO needs a patch, anyone is free to make and upload one. -
are there any issues between simple potions and caco?

I like this a lot.
Conceptually I prefer the idea of an alchemist downing small concentrated doses a lot more than the what looked like beer-can sized portions of vanilla potions. The idea of hurriedly knocking back these small vials in the middle of a battle is also a lot less absurd than chugging down literal liters of liquid.
edit: I've made a couple of compatibility patches that forward the changes from USSEP and Alchemy Adjustments. -
