I really love this mod. However an issue that I am running into is that once my fps is raised most npc's movement speed is incredibly slow. The same issue for the rideable horses in game. My characters movement speed is normal, and most enemies are unaffected, however if I revive them to fight on my side they start moving like they are in molasses. Is there any fix for this issue? I would really like to preserve 144 fps. Thanks for any help you can provide.
The higher FPS fixes used to work for me a while back, but I've heard that a previous update broke the ones above 100. I have the same problem as you both. The only thing I could do to "fix" it is use the 90fps one and cap my framerate at 90, so you could do that with any program of your choice. I used Nvidia control panel since I don't use RivaTuner anymore. It seems like the animations become unstable around 100+. I know it sucks to not be at 120/144 but the animations have been completely normal and there are no more issues as far as I can tell. I hope this helps!
I guess I am one of the lucky ones I have had very good luck with this mod. High 100's most of the times and several times over 200+.
My system is a G16CHR rig with a LG39 curved monitor with a FPS rating of 240FPS. So with this mod and unlocking the framrate in Skyrim I am running wild.
I don't suppose a patch for 170 fps would be doable? I can maintain it consistently, and while the 144fps patch works fine for it, but there's probably some stuff happening a little too quickly I fail to notice.
I recently used 144fps mod but now, after a month, I had to uninstall it because it made the GPU go quickly high in open world. More specifically my GPU temperature go to 83°C (its his limit before go in overheating) and the fans reach 80%.
Just get https://store.steampowered.com/app/993090/Lossless_Scaling/ Way easier that way, and even saves energy! Although i have to say 240hz for Skyrim? I have a 180hz screen and depending on game i try to achieve stable 120fps or for faster shooters 180fps. For Skyrim i would say even 90 is pretty good and enough :)
