Missing quest marker for the Crimson Nirnroot that *was* at this location, close to the "Great Lift at Mzinchaleft" gatehouse. Note the Dwarven tower in the background.
Anyone know if this mod is working in Anniversary Edition? I know none of the Stones of Barenziah mods work right now, so I'm wondering if this is the same.
UPDATE: It still works! I installed the mod after starting the quest, exited Sinderion's Field Laboratory into Blackreach, and as soon as I leave the loading screen the mod's pop-up window asks if I want to have the Crimson Markers turned on. I say "yes" and they are now appearing on the compass and the dungeon map.
All these years and Skyrim versions/patches later, and this great mod still works! Well done, MercAngel!
I used the other, now removed, Crimson Nirnroot Quest Marker mod (8386), together with JK's Sinderions Field Laboratory, and I could never get Sinderion's Journal and thus not the active effect from completing the quest properly. I have no idea if this mod is also incompatible, but just a heads up. For me extra convenience is not worth just the chance of never getting the active effect (and so it boils down to a JK overhaul with lots of new features or... quest markers).

EDIT : startquest CNMarkersConfig is the answer.
EDIT 2 : Sorry, my bad.
