This would be a great Fallout 4 mod, cos hey~ if we have mutated plants, fruits and vegetables, why not mutated grass and trees?
Ooohh now that makes me think of an elder scrolls fallout style game that instead of Nukes, it's magic bombs that decimate the cities of tamriel leaving the land drowning in residue magic, mutating things fallout style.
I'm getting into this~ let's continue shall we? I'm now thinking instead of all of Tamriel, it's restricted to, say, the summerset isles, being magic nuked in retaliation by the other races sick of the Thalmor and the Altmer, and so now the Summerset isles is a magically radiated wasteland.
Mods like this make me so sad that Artistic Skyrim Overhaul died. I'm still shocked nobody has made a complete "paint texture" overhaul with a lite ENB to compliment it yet.
If it's an empty/dummy esp, you could probably change it to an ESL in SSEEdit and save a plugin slot.
However, I think this is just replacing the textures, so you could extract the BSA, and then zip up the texture files with their proper path and use them as replacers without needing the BSA and ESP.
HadToRegister is correct, the ESP is a dummy - i'm new to skyrim modding but my understanding is that it is needed for skyrim to load the BSA archive? At any rate, you can also manually extract the textures from the BSA archive and drop them into the data folder (but since that won't show up as a mod you won't be able to toggle it via the mod manager). Also idk what an ESL is.
ESL's are too newfangled for me and reek of evil witchery.
I extracted the BSA and hid the BSA+ESP via Mod Organizer 2. These textures are pretty cool. Falkreath is a wondrous experience! Looking forward to future updates. You have any plans for landscape?
