UPDATE 2.0: Renamed the mod to RUSTIC DAEDRA, since it now contains all the daedric creatures after the inclusion of the Dragonborn Lurker and Seeker. If you want the version without the added eyes for the frost atronach and storm atronach, you will find a vanilla version in the optional downloads.
My latest RUSTIC creature retextures are here for your amusement, enjoyment, or consternation. I thought it was time to give a little hi-res rustication to these daedric beasties.
Feel free to leave your comments and queries, but try to remain civil and respectful of one another.
Because, it's an effects texture used by the Daedra in game. It's not that important though, so you can overwrite it with the Realistic Water 2 texture.
That mod simply changes the meshes as well. There is no conflict.
It is easy for you to check these things yourself. Just go the the mod page with the download file and click on the "view contents" link. That will show you the folder path and the file contents. It's quite simple to see if two files have anything in common that might conflict.
I didn't say that meshes can't cause conflicts. What I said was that that mod only contains meshes, while my mod only contains textures. Therefore, there's no conflict between them.
Like I said, look at the file contents yourself. That's your job as a mod user. It's not the mod author's job to troubleshoot your game for you.

I guess it's a spell mod that summons them and they have really blocky meshes/textures.
