I love when people figure out a problem and don't say the solution, only that they solved it. Brilliant.
To those wondering, it may be under the Body Paint/Hand Paint/Face Paint/Foot Paint options for you in RaceMenu. The options will automatically be called default so just click on them to ring up the texture list
Also, I recommend editing your skee64 ini in Racemenu to add more slots for each body part
Wonderful customisation options! The freckles work really well. The burn scars look more like Gorbachev patches, but the mod is perfectly compatible with the brilliant burn scars from Body Scars. Just a little glitch: When you change your basic skin colour in Racemenu, for some reason you have to open every overlay's colour menu again separately, otherwise they will be white afterwards.
It might be a dumb question but how to completely uninstall this mod so the scars and freckles made by it would totally disappear? I installed this mod before starting a new game and everyone looked great but it caused very bad scarring on Aventus Aretino face. I know I should never uninstall a mod mid-game, but since I didn't see any warnings about uninstalling this mod mid-game I decided to do so. I have Aventus's adoption mod as well so I wanted to uninstall this mod and get rid of his scars before adopting him, but uninstallation doesn't seem to work. I have followed the instructions one by one and removed the Data\textures\actors\character\Overlays\SFO file as well. also, I ran my load order through Loot and cleaned my saves with Resave. but still, NPCs have freckles and marks left on their faces. I even reinstalled Skyrim(AE) and deployed my mods (By Vortex) again but nothing seems to be working. This mod was working great before and I had no problems with it, but now that I want to uninstall it, it doesn't work. I thought maybe there are some texture files left over somewhere else in the game files but I can't find anything else. I really like my current character so I hope to just fix this problem and continue playing with him so any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated :(
Edits: Ignore this comment plz I just deleted everything at that time and installed everything including mods again solved XD
So i didn´t see it right away, but most overlays have the textureless blue all over them, i don´t know what the exact issue is. What Racemenu version is required, if that would be an issue in this, i looked at the mod itself and the textures looked fine.

The answer is no
If you load Skyrim.esm as well as this esp, the script indicates you just need to add the ESL flag, no compacting of formIDs necessary.
