for anyone still asking: yes it works perfectly fine with growl. i checked it in xedit and it should be compatible with the vast majority of mods, it's done pretty clean and reuse vanilla records without modifying much. if you use a mod that modifies the vanilla night vision, it will show on the werewolf night vision too, which is pretty neat. the only vanilla record it modifies is a night vision spell that is given to you in werewolf form, but it does nothing in vanilla since you can't activate it. unless you have a mod that modifies this reused vanilla record or totally remove it from werewolves for no apparent reason, you will be perfectly fine. i noticed requiem does edit this record, but it changes nothing so you can just load this mod after requiem and be fine.
personally, i've been playing around with replacing the night vision image space adapter with a homemade one that also makes the image red-ish and add some slight radial blur and dof to make a sort of "bloodthirsty vision". i might post it as a new mod using this one as requirement if i'm happy with whatever i manage to put together.
First of all your mod work is Very great, I posted 9 pics on your page showing what the mod looks like & a few pics show a blight light around my character, I was running a candlelight spell before I turn. Thank you for making this mod. I'm running ENB " PI-CHO ENB with Cathedral Weathers and Seasons " I hope the guy who makes Better Vampire sees your Night eye and uses it for his mod
You guys need a mod for that, Moonlight Tales Special Edition - Werewolf and Werebear Overhaul & Moonlight Tales MCM Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2803 Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17363

Using with Anniversary Edition with bloodmoon rising and Apocalypse. Effect lasts for about 10 seconds. Haven't found any file conflicts. Any ideas why?
Can u make this but with the "sense life vision"? In this way u can have 2 different option depending on which u'r playing (default night vision for vampyre and sense vision for werewolf), or can i know how change that? I mean like this https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1704/images/22274-3-1344785105.jpg
This mod works great, but I suggest to everyone that they also install this mod as well: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/27160
Apparently, Bethesda messed up how the Night Eye effect works in an update, making it worse than normal vision in some cases. The mod I linked reverts the change Bethesda made to Night Eye, making good again.

EDIT: Some times it works, and last about maybe 2mins other times 10 seconds. No conflicts in SSEEdit
