- Alchemy - Gourmet: Now uses its own version of Jarrin Root with a much higher purchase cost. NOT RETROACTIVE. (I thought it was balanced by only being able to buy one at a time and only rarely, but there are vendor reset strategies that allowed it to be amassed.)
- Alteration - Alter Self: Reduce attribute bonus from 50 -> 25.
- Archery - Lion's Arrow: Reduce spell effectiveness from 60/100% -> 50/75%. (A free spell shouldn't be full strength.)
- Archery - Pinning Shot: Increase slow stack amount from 10% -> 15%. (The cap is the same, but it builds up faster, making it more useful against trashmobs instead of just bosses.)
- Conjuration - Blood Zombie: Reduce Health absorb from 10/sec -> 5/sec. (Nerf for stacking abuse.)
- Conjuration - Ghoul Frenzy: Reduce attack speed from 150% -> 100%. Reduce speed bonus fromm 100% -> 50%.
- Destruction - Hellstorm: Reduce execute damage bonus from 100% -> 50%. Clarify description. (Fix for cheap feeling burst with shock damage.)
- Heavy Armor - Reap the Whirlwind: Increase attack damage bonus from 15% -> 20%. (15% damage is hard to notice.)
- Illusion - Blur: Replace ethereal -> 40% damage reduction. (Condition bug.)
- Light Armor - Wardancer: Increase speed bonus from 10% -> 15%.
- One-Handed - One-Handed Mastery: Fix bug where critical strike chance scaled with absorb instead of one-handed skill.
- One-Handed - Victory Rush: Increase Stamina restore from 100 -> 150.
- Two-Handed - Berserker: Increase stagger resist chance from 25% -> 30%.
- Two-Handed - Crowd Pleaser: Increase damage bonus from 15% -> 25%.
- Two-Handed - Warmaster: Reduce paralyze chance from 25% -> 20%. (Reduces incentive to forwards power attack in place to get this to trigger.)
- Keeping an eye out for Alchemy, because the Apothecary mod is the new standard for alchemy overhauls and has some impact on potion balance. I may need to block healing potions from getting duration bonuses.

- All mastery perks are now only 1 level deep, granting a scaling bonus. This saves about 20% perk points. To offset the fact that this delays the Magicka cost reduction for novice and apprentice spells and would result in a mage nerf at low levels, base spell costs have been tuned.
- Alteration - Arcane Guidance: Now correctly improves Detect Dead to detect the dead instead of the living further away.
- Alteration - Merge Runic Weapon and Battlemage into one 2 level perk.

- Destruction - Rename Mage's Fury -> Hellstorm.
- Destruction - Rune Master: Now correctly grants x2 runes instead of infinite numbers of runes.

- Restoration - Necromage: People claim it doesn't work on as many things as vanilla, can't confirm this, it only doesn't work on slow time effects because they would get nerfed instead of buffed.
- Sneak - Cloak and Dagger: Improve description.
- Two-Handed - Coup de Grace: Improve description.
- Two-Handed - Crushing Blows: Now correctly increases damage dealt by the warhammer itself.
- Two-Handed - Hook Blade: Improve description.
- Two-Handed - Rolling Charge: Improve description.
- Two-Handed - Shattering Strike: Immobilize effect now stacks nicely with Triumvirate's immobilize spells; improve description.

- Destruction: Proc effects on Destruction cloaks and other concentration spells now only trigger if the target is hostile. (Note that guards and some prey animals are considered hostile by the game and will be affected by cloaks regardless, both the procs and the damage. This is a bug in Skyrim and also applies to the vanilla game.)
- One-Handed: Overpowering Assault - Rank 1 now correctly respects proc immunity from the Heavy Armor perk Glancing Blows.
- Restoration: Intervention - Add workaround for issue where reloading a save without exiting the game would cause a reference alias to be emptied by the game and the perk to fail (fix by Voeille).
