Soaps will now appear in innkeepers' inventories in stacks between 0 - 6, instead of a fixed stack of 5 Additionally, via an added keyword, it should no longer be necessary to have the Merchant perk in order to buy soaps, they should now appear in the innkeeper vendor chest per default
