The file for Skyrim Anniversary Edtion has been Archived and a new version is avalible here.
I split it from this mod to reduce confusion on what file to use. If you only use Saints & Seducers, you're on the right mod page. If you are using Skyrim Anniversary Edition please see the above link.
- Split Anniversary Edition from Saints & Seducers version to stream line support and prevent confusion. - Can now plant Garlic, Frost Mirriam and Elves Ear - Fixed bug with Flame Stalk not planting.
I love this mod - just what I was looking for! Had some trouble getting it to work; maybe this info will help someone else.
- removed {More Growable Plants} per your info re: list conflicts. - installed this mod. Nothing. Plants don't show up on planters or soil. - messed around with load order & Loot for an hour. Nope. - jumped into SSEEdit (first time). Got scared I'd break my game. Backed out s l o w l y :D - removed mod {Creation Club - Rare Curios are Part of Skyrim} - still nope!
got mad and removed every plant mod and for good measure {Plantable Garlic} which I'd left in...
Success! NO idea why a single added plant would interfere with lists so much, but evidentally it did.
Since this mod includes almost all the plants of those others, I'm satisfied. I'll do some testing later; right now I am admiring my new planters :D
Thanks again! Permanent load order slot & endorsed!
Okay, after a lot of reading, I am using the latest version of Skyrim, with the free CC, but no paid CC, so I think I am in the correct place. But I want to grow apple trees. Apples were in the game before AE was even a thing. The climate in parts of Skyrim isn't even wrong for them. They are added by CACO, but clearly CACO is not compatible with this as they edit the same form lists. Is there some other single mod that adds what this does, but also adds the few things it misses (that aren't from paid CC), like apples? Or is there some way of editing those into the form lists using xEdit? Or is there some other thing like an injector that can add to form lists without collapsing the whole system? I just (yeah, I know, a big ask) need a growable ingredients master list mod for the latest version of the game with only free CC.
is there a specific place in the load order that this mod needs to be? I cant get it to show any of the ingredients included in this mod in the planters. I'm also running on 1.6.6+ which is technically AE but i couldnt get the other version to work with me either. super excited tho to figure out what im goofing on so i can have some cool looking planters :D
I had the same issue. Mine was caused by a conflict with More Growable Plants SE I checked in XEdit, both make edits to 'flPlanterPlantedFlora' and 'flPlanterPlantableItem' FormID lists. You may have a similar mod overwriting this one's edits.
Any mods that you have which edit the following form lists: 'flPlanterPlantedFlora' and 'flPlanterPlantableItem' will not be compatible with this mod. That is really any mod that adds in other plants which can be grown.
Sorry for a possibly stupid question, but if my version is Anniversary Edition but I'm only using the 4 "mandatory" CCs, and I'm also using the "Skyrim Extended Cut - Saints and Seducers" mod, which version should I use?
For the life of me, i cant get this to work. I have Saints&Seducers and Goblins but cant plant anything from those. Is this maybe incompatible with CACO?

Not compatible with any mod that alters the Form lists or adds other growable plants.
