My personal overhaul of the player home Everfall Island, originaly made by oldnotweak.

I really love the mod Everfall Island, it's such a great spot, smartly built, but the house is empty and has no interactions, so i decided to make my own overhaul.
New decoration
New containers
New bathing area
Some new interactions
Displaced the basement entry
Auto undress NPC's at the bathing area and a chest to unequip/reequip your character
New basement with all the crafting stations and their own containers, and 8 Mannequins
Majestic Mountains is the only requirement, as i'm using it, i needed to make it as a master to build the basement properly.
Because it does not only provides textures but also meshes, it was a pain in the *** to work on the mod without it activated.
- Rudy HQ - Miscellaneous SE
- Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants (or the "plants only" version)
- Skyrim 3D Cooking
- The glorious Leek mod (Leek alternatively darker 1.2) Delete the "floraleek" file in meshes/clutter/plants/, and optimize the meshes with SSE Nif Optimizer.
- Bethesda for Skyrim and the Creation Kit
- oldnotweak (obviously) for creating this spot and house, a big Thanks to him for letting me publish my overhaul.
- Tissendel a HUGE Thanks for all the time she spent helping me with the CK, all the great ideas she gave me to make the house much better and lively.
For some nif and sounds she shared with me, and for creating all the scripts.
I was about to simply credit her, but as you can see she's now a co-author because she did 50% of the work with me, so...again...Thank you Tissou !!!

WHAT IS DIFFERENT

The drawbridge is raised by default, you will only be able to access the house by buying it 30000 septims.
You will then receive an exclusive spell which allows you to raise or lower the bridge.

REQUIREMENTS
Majestic Mountains is the only requirement, as i'm using it, i needed to make it as a master to build the basement properly.
Because it does not only provides textures but also meshes, it was a pain in the *** to work on the mod without it activated.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MODS

- The glorious Leek mod (Leek alternatively darker 1.2) Delete the "floraleek" file in meshes/clutter/plants/, and optimize the meshes with SSE Nif Optimizer.
I also highly recommend using or re-generating DynDOLOD to perfectly integrate the mod in your game
KNOW ISSUES
FPS DROPS when you turn towards the house
This is due to the fact that the house is integrated into the world space, and because i added lots of small objects
Depending of your CPU/GPU and if you're using lots of high resolution textures
(It's the next step, creating occlusion plans to reduce fps hits)
FPS DROPS if you walk through the gold pile in the basement
This is due to the high detailled coins pile meshes
If you're using Wonders of Weather you will notice rain impacts in the house on rainy days even if it's not raining inside...
Same with R.A.S.S. Rain Ash And Snow Shaders - Wet Frost Cold Dust, house's interior is looking wet. (I also need to update the mod to stop this effects)
This is due to the fact that the house is integrated into the world space, and because i added lots of small objects
