this mod is incredibly plug n' play, easy to set up- i promise you're just missing something or it's some obscure incompatibility. as a mod author i can see if you've downloaded the requirements or not!
Can anyone teach me how to make it so that PLAYER - COLD only works when WALKING... (not running / sprinting)
I open OAR check the conditions but There are so many conditions and sub sets? I don't even know where to put that condition let alone what condition eaxctly to put
With Dual Sheath installed, when you have a shield equipped but sheathed (thus still fastened to the back) your character will raise only their hand against the rain rather than the shield with it.
Does this mod change the running animation to the one where the mc has their hand to their forehead? Is there a way to change that? My character runs all weird with their hand to their face. It only happens during the rain, so it's not game breaking but I notice it wverytime it happens.
Are you by chance using Immersive Equipment Displays and Shield on back?
If so -- it may be that you have a shield hidden on your back when you sheath your weapon and also the Conditional Idle to shield your head from rain enabled.
If you uncheck that condition (shield head in rain) in MCM for Player -- you should stop holding your arm up.
I didn't find a way for shield to be on back except while in the rain. It could maybe be done with a patch?
Looking for the answer for this as well when you set up IED with simple dual sheath you have to a line in the simple dual sheath ini file for your shield to show on back. Im thinking that is whats forcing the shield to show on th3 back even though you have this mod installed.
Hello. I am currently running SKSE 2.0.20 and SSE 1.5.97 alongside BEES. Does the most recent version of EVG Conditional Idles (or any other EVG mod for that matter) still work with my specific version of the game? I just need to know if I should be looking in the Older Files section or not.
Hello everyone. I've been trying to find a fix for this for almost a week, and I just can't figure it out. Maybe I'm dumb, or maybe I just need a new set of ideas to help me out. I love this mod, it's a staple, but I am having a real problem with the cold animation. I want it to trigger based on my frostfall cold needs. Instead, it keeps triggering on weather needs. So I'm shivering even tho frostfall says I'm warm and snuggly in my hut. Does anyone know how I can get this to fix? I've already ticked the "ignore weather for cold animation" but it doesn't seem to work.
I'm not too terrible at Xedit is someone can give me a walk through, if I need to adjust anything in there. I just don't know what exactly I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
This mod would be *perfect* if it wasn't for the camera cutting issue mentioned in the description. I've been looking for something like this for so long.
Amazing mod- but the camera instantly snapping into position whenever one of these are playing and you transition from running to sprint or go into sneak are just too jarring :c

I don't know if you know this already but I just recently found out that some MCMs take a while to be added to the Mod Configuration Menu. So it could just be that it wasn't added when you checked. Wait a while (sometimes longer than seems reasonable) and check. If you already know about this and it's a completely different issue then disregard this. Just trying to help.
I suspect that the Mod itself did not set the ModName. I loaded ESP and played for nearly an hour, and reloaded the game several times, but the MCM did not appear. Then I used XEdit to check the MCM Quest of this mod, and the Property did not configure the ModName. I manually added one, entered the game, and the MCM menu immediately appeared.

I did want to report what could be a little bug with the shield covering animations in the rain. Basically, when standing idle, the arm sticks at an unnatural angle. It's fine when walking or running, though.
