Please keep it civil round here. I'm slow to reply to comments, as I work full-time.
Please report bugs via the bug section, NOT the comments. I will not respond to bugs posted in the comments, as I won't see them (sorry).
Please read the description. I know it's long but it has all the links and details you need to understand how to use this mod and what its permissions are and how it fits with other mods.
I'm not currently taking requests, and I request you do not provide any negative feedback or constructive criticism as I'm not currently seeking it for this work and not interested in acting upon it. If you don't like something, then you don't have to download/use the mod. I have no intention of making any changes to these or additional versions, as I'm satisfied with them as they are. Any updated versions will be bugfixes only. Thanks for understanding.
Be kind to one another, and have fun playing Skyrim. :)
Hi, would you consider an option for the other 2 CaBaL glass options? I like the Thalmorized color but I just find it too dark in game... his golden and morrowwind are a bit brighter.
Also are there any plans for normals or environmental masks?
Not at this time, as I'm currently incredibly busy and don't tend to make mods I'm not planning on getting some use out of myself too. I made these specifically to match the Thalmorized set because it's the one I personally use in game. The green really really bugs me lol. There are definitely other green retextures for the glass sets if that's more your style though that may go well with the Morrowind glass textures from CaBaL, I think?
These ones should use the vanilla normals/environmental masks without issue, because they're just a retexture based on the default vanilla diffuses originally. Maybe someday I'll take a look but for now they're good enough for me. :)
Are the weapons supposed to be a different color than the glass parts on the aMidian thalmor glass armor or am I having a conflict?
--So I found out aMidian BoS has a darker thalmor glass set while the standalone version of the glass textures matches your weapon retextures. I just swapped out the BoS version with the standalone, and now thalmor glass armor looks great with your textures. Well done!
Ah good to know. I didn't realize they were different. Thanks for the heads up. For anyone with the BoS install, downloading the glass standalone and installing over the top should get you the matching look if you're having issues. :)
I don't know if it's compatible or not. If you know, let me know.
They're messing with the meshes there, which should still be okay, but if the transparency is something that happens in textures vs in meshwork for their adjustments, then it obviously isn't compatible, because you can't have two things editing the same texture. If it's just touching the meshes though then yeah it should work with the changed meshes, just like it does with the leanwolf shaped weapons. :)
I built a quick setup for photograph purposes, as I actually lean more level designer. They're not actually weapon racks. It's the archmage's quarters, with the original decor deleted, two noble cupboards, a noble double desk, a noble divider scaled up against the wall, and nord ruin benches flipped upright for backing pieces, with the 1st person models stuck to the wall for photo purposes, and the glass armor displays from a resource pack by Insanity Sorrow.
Sorry. But maybe in the future I'll upload a house with the same sort of display appearance.

The textures look awesome btw
EDIT: sorry. I just read your sticky post.
