FEC 5.0 is not compatible with 4.9.6 and older versions of FEC, use this version on a brand new save if you already had FEC installed

It works fine for NPCs and enemies, but it doesn't work for my character. I'm using a BHUNP body, so is it possible that it doesn't work depending on the body type?
So frozen enemies aren't solid, cannot shatter them, can only clip through them. Is that normal btw? I've used this mod before and I remember able to shater frozen enemies just fine.
Are there intentions to add effects for Water and Earth from the Elemental Destruction Mod since you have Air? Not sure what could be done for Earth but I could easily see the Water magic given them a drowned appearance as if you hit them with so much water it flooded into their lungs without giving them the chance to breath.
Well, i haven't encountered serious bugs, but recently enemies i burn get a sort of grey texture overlay that is seen in darkness. Weapons, shields and armor that those NPC held when got burned also get that overlay grey texture.
I found issue, its soot shader. Its seen in the dark as grey texture, when it should be invisible without light source.
Is there a way to make light in game to properly affect the shader and have it dark, if its dark in game? Like how in nif files u can set up Lightning influence
I feel like this is likely related to my ENB, but am looking for potential suggestions.
Using Cabbage ENB with the Ragnarok Reshade preset.
When enemies are charred or turned into skeletons via fire the entire NPC model takes on what i can only describe as a "light, foggy greyish colored overlay".
I'm assuming it has to be something with Cabbage ENB as i dont recall this ever occurring when i was still using Rudy ENB.
if i wanted to make a spell mod that guarantees one of the effects how would i do that? example would be fire spell that will definitely vaporize someone.

It’s making me want to uninstall FEC because it’s so noticeable, and that would be a shame because FEC is pretty awesome mod.
the FEC MCM menu wont save my settings in the game, resetting to 66% for each effect with every game shutdown.
MCM helper is installed, the papyrus mods should all be correct too for the version im on (16.640).
FISSES is also installed for some other mods that still make use of it.
