Could you tell me what you figured out? I might be dumb too...

edit: fixed it by restarting the game?

Not a stupid question at all, as I'm wondering the same thing!

ATTENTION, those who use the mod together with highpolyhead, the highpoly head mod from the vectorplexis website has a crookedly made fomod! When selecting a patch for EFM, it is not actually installed! It must be manually take from the archive and installed as a separate mod, then the eyebrow and beard trimmings will disappear.

I am stumbling into a big issue with eyelashes, so I am trying out your solution and I hope it will work.

UPD: Don't think this mod is the culprit in my case, I guess I messed up my presets or idk really how to create characters - on my NPC replacer I have eyelid and eyelashes clipping - it's visible when new created npc replacers are test killed to check the issue existence.

Don't know how to fix it...

      As an overwrite:
      - Install the mod as you wish with FOMOD
      - open the dowloaded HPH zip file, search for EFM folder
      - copy all EFM folder in the installed folder /meshes/actor and /meshes/KL, overwrite if needed.
To find it, search in your mod list (MO2: right click on mod -> open in explorer. On Vortex... no clue...
If you need EFA aswell, do the same with EFA folders.

As a new mod (with MO2)
      - Extract the EFM folder into a separate zip
      - Install from archive (ctrl+M), select your new file, if MO2 whines the structure isn't OK, right click on EFM folder, declare as data
      - activate the new mod under HPH

      Tadaaa

Thank you so much! I was about to give up on using this mod, when I read your comment, but now all my issues regarding HPH and EFM are fixed! ^^

If you extract outside of a mod manager and open up the HPH file it is folder 07.

Quick Edit. I just did the install for HPH through the fomod and double checked that the files related to this mod were there and they were.

I am missing something since for what I see its a completely different file structure for some HPH folders so I do not get what will This mod do if The Esp file doesn't use those added folders and inside files ??

If its a copy past the Explaining above its completely irrelevant and doesn't pinpoint the file structure from one mod and this one !

Or maybe I am just confused with all this process !?

Using Vortex I'm pretty sure all files were copied correctly. Is it MO2 related?

Do we need the main file of this mod or the optional one to use with HPH?

From my observations the FOMOD for High Poly Head 1.4 has no problem at all, you will correctly get everything in folder `07 EFM` from the FOMOD zip file as long as you select `Expressive Facegen Morphs` option in the FOMOD. No manual edits needed.

Not sure why OP is having this issue...

This is amazing. I started getting CTD's related to BSDynamicTriShape and BSFaceGenBaseMorphExtraData when loading high poly head, this fixed it for me.

Human races are very beautiful, however elf races (especially Altmer and Bosmer females but also males) look horrible, no matter what i do.

I don't have other similar mod, i have Racemenu and I wonder what's wrong, am i missing something?

Feels like the author completely abandoned this mod. Mod ruined my presets before and after updating. What a shame.

The mod ruined your presets because you didn't bother reading the description, check the "Install" portion of it. The mod is not abandoned, it's finished.

What kind of up updates do you expect for finished mods? You can ask modders to reupload the mod so the date shows it's up to date and your brain thinks, something is improved/fixed.

This mod is incredible. It fixes so many of the default parts, so many were ugly and unusable unless you did a ton of sculpting.

I really wish I had known about this mod before I made a dozen followers already. Now I absolutely have to go recreate and update them all.

    Every. Single. One.

Updating the mod ruined my old Racemenu presets. Loading them in causes a deformed face with pupils popped out.
